What is Dear Vocalist?

A drama CD series produced by Rejet.co.

It is the stories of six band vocalists affiliated under the music production company, Climax Records. All of them are gifted musicians, yet they carry various burdens of their own.

The company president, Panda, told to them to participate in a huge, company-wide project called “Survival”. Each band gambles with their future, working hard on producing new songs and meeting the demands of the many unreasonable requests made by the company president.

If they fail, this will be their last song – and will be dismissed from the company.

Each vocalist has an important girlfriend by their side, but will they be able to continue supporting them?

“Use everything you’ve got to create high-quality music. This is what musicians do. The ‘something’ that will move the hearts and bodies of more people, right now, is what they are lacking.”

About This Account

This account holds all of my translations, though I am not a professional translator. I cannot vouch for everything to be 100% correct. I do not claim that my Japanese skills are perfect, either. I am still very much learning this language and am trying to improve everyday.
